Starting as a journeyman welder in 2007, he steadily advanced through roles including pipefitter, leadman, and superintendent with companies such as Stainless Technologies, American Incorporated, and Advanced Welding.

Joe has worked in the dairy industry for over 20 years, further enhancing his specialized knowledge in process piping and equipment. Known for his hands-on approach and collaborative spirit, he excels at managing projects, mentoring teams, and tackling challenges head-on. His extensive field knowledge and exceptional management skills make him a natural fit for the Field Project Manager role at Barnum Mechanical.
