The Better Meat Co.

Barnum worked with The Better Meat Co. to design, build, and automate a full-scale processing system at their new mycoprotein fermentation facility in Sacramento, California. The project team created a custom solution which will allow The Better Meat Co. the flexibility to take their process from the lab to full scale production.
